When you contact us or request a session, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, requested services, preferred dates and project information. Please do not send payment card details or sensitive personal information through our inquiry form.
We use inquiry and booking information to respond to requests, provide quotes, coordinate sessions, manage bookings and payments, provide customer support and deliver services. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we use that consent to send studio news and offers. We keep information as needed for these purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
We use service providers to operate our website, customer relationship management, communications and payments. They may process information needed to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect lawful rights.
Providing a phone number does not by itself authorize text messages. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Marketing and non-marketing consent are collected separately. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. You can also contact [email protected]. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment.
We do not sell your personal information or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. Providers that deliver communications on our behalf may process the information needed to perform that service.
Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, protect forms and measure site use. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, or to change your communication preferences. We will respond subject to applicable requirements and recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
